发明名称 FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve load responsiveness and utilization efficiency of high temperature water by arranging the secondary cell in parallel connection to a fuel cell in a fuel cell power generation system consisting of a fuel reformer and the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a light load for a fuel cell, namely, when the quantity of electric power is small, the terminal voltage of the fuel cell rises so that the secondary cell 23 is charged from the fuel cell 20, while when AC load is suddenly increased, a share not able to be met by the fuel cell 20 is met by the secondary cell provided in parallel which may automatically discharge, the electric power. Accordingly, even when the load on the AC side is suddenly increased so that the reformation in a reformer 2 can not be in time, the secondary cell can stably supply electric power to AC side without any trouble. At a point of time wherein fuel reformation from the reformer rises up being quantitatively secured, electric power generated in the fuel cell is turned to charge the secondary cell in addition to the power supply to AC load, while preparing for the next load fluctuation. Also, when the load is suddenly dropped, an arrangement contrary thereto, namely, a part of the generated quantity is turned to charge the secondary cell until the reformed fuel from the reformer is reduced.
