PURPOSE:To realize a video tape recorder with excellent picture quality, by using a tape guide roll with high precision where lubricant is applied to a shaft with guard. CONSTITUTION:An incorporated shaft 16 and a solid lubricant member 19 are cylindrical ground to finish a shaft small diameter side end surface 20 and a small diameter cylindrical surface 21 for a guard formed with the member 19. A metal-made cylinder 22 is applied to the shaft 16. As the material of the cylinder 22, stainless steel, etc. is used, and since this material has no viscoelastic property different from conventional resins, the rigidity is high, and the concentricity of the inner surface 23 and outer surface 24, and their circularity and cylindricity are ensured with high precision. |
