PURPOSE:To conserve energy for regenerating a reducing gas dehumidifying and impurity removing apparatus and a gas humidifier apparatus, by a method wherein a heat exchanger is provided in the exhaust gas pipeline of an iron powder reducing furnace to heat a fluid to be heated and the obtained heated fluid is appropriately utilized. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanger 10 is provided in the exhaust pipeline 9 in an iron powder reducing furnace 3 and a supply pipe 11 for a fluid to be heated is connected to the inlet side thereof while a heated fluid sending pipe 12 to the outlet side thereof. In addition, the sending pipe 12 is connected to the heating pipe 5a' in a reducing gas dehumidifying and impurity removing apparatus 5 and the heating pipe 6a' in a reducing gas humidifying apparatus 6 respectively through flow control valves 13, 14. Water preliminarily sealed in a system flowline of the supply pipe 11, the heat exchanger 10, the sending pipe 12 and the heating pipes 5a', 6a' is recirculated by a pump 15 and heat exchanged with the sensible heat of an exhaust gas in the heat exchanger 10 to be heated to a high temp. By this heated water, a gas for generating an adsorbent and water for generating steam are respectively heated through the heating pipes 5a', 6a'. |
