摘要 PURPOSE:To attain information transfer with high reliability, by reducing the drive current of the upper (2nd layer) conductor film having large closific value and decresing the generation of heat from the entire transfer path. CONSTITUTION:In flowing a current in the perpendicular direction of sheet to the 2nd layer conductor film 5, a surface magnetic field toward right is obtained in Figure on the upper surface of the said conductor film and a magnetic thin film 6 added to the conductor film upper surface is magnetized in the right direction. Since the inside of an opening 6a is made of nonmagnetic substance, the boundary, i.e., opening walls 6b, 6b' are induced with positive and negative magnetic poles +Mp, -Mp. The magnetic poles +Mp and -Mp form a vertical magnetic field Hp in the same phase as the vertical magnetic field HI formed by the current I, then the bubble driving force (proportional to the gradient of the vertical magnetic field toward the bubble propagating direction) is strengthened by the share corresponding to the HP. Thus, the current I<+>(I<->) to obtain a specified driving force is reduced for the share corresponding almost to the HP, allowing to reduce the generation of heat from the transfer path.
