PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of switching noise and to ensure D/A conversion with high accuracy, by having the same switching timing between a switch group using input signals and a swithe group which detects an error and finishing the switch of the input signal before the output of the D/A converter becomes steady. CONSTITUTION:A switch group 31 which performs the switching by means of an input digital signal and a switch group 4 which detects an error are provided to a D/A converter 2. The timing of a timing signal producing circuit 22 is applied to the group 4 as well as to a sample holding circuit 110. The group 31 is controlled by the output of the circuit 110. Then the same switching timing is obtained between the groups 31 and 4. The switching of an input signal is finished before the output of a DAC1 is steady, and the effect of switching noises is reduced. In such a way, a D/A conversion is possible with high accuracy. |
