PURPOSE:To make it possible to reponse at the time of quick change, by transducing mechanical flactuation into an electric signal, obtaining the measuring point of the rate of change between an infinitesimal time DELTAt and a previous signal, comparing said rate of change with a standard rate of change measured in advance, and performing judgment. CONSTITUTION:A mechanical fluctuation is transduced into an electric signal, and the measuring point T and the infinitesimal time DELTAt are detected over the entire range. Then the rate of change of the current, R1=(I-i2)/DELTAt between the measuring point T and the infinitesimal time DELTAt immediately before T, is obtained. The rate of change of the current, R2=(i1-i2)/2DELTAt for the infinitesimal time 2DELTAt before and after the measuring point T, i.e. the standard rate of change measured in advance, is retrieved. Both rates are compared, and whether the difference is included in a preset allowance quantity or not is judged, and warning and the like are generated. Therefore the effect of the magnitude of the detected level is reduced, and the quick response can be taken at the time of rapid change. |
