PURPOSE:To enlarge the size of the outside diameter of an internal fan at the maximum and thereby to increase a cooling effect by a method wherein the size of the inside diameter of an end plate for fitting a bearing bracket on the side of the internal fan is made substantially equal to the size of the inside diameter of a stator frame having wave-shaped projections. CONSTITUTION:While a conductor plate having excellent thermal conductivity is bent in the shape of waves, a stator frame 1 is formed cylindrically so that projections 2 are formed radially. To the opposite ends of the stator frame 1 thus formed, end plates 8a and 8a' for fitting bearing brackets 9a and 9a' are fitted by welding or the like, while internal and external fans 17 and 18 are fitted to a rotating shaft 11 supported rotatably by the bearing brackets 9a and 9a'. On the occasion, the end plate 8a on the internal fan 17 side is mad to be thick in such a degree as allows the formation of a hub end part 12a for fitting the bearing bracket 9a. On the other hand, a block 20 is fixed by welding to the outer peripheral part of the end plate 8a or to the end part of the stator frame 1, and a screw hole part for fitting the bearing bracket 9a is provided in this block 20. |
