PURPOSE:To eliminate a maintenance panel and to miniaturize an automatic cash handling device, by switching the outut terminal of a keyboard to a memory for maintenance from a memory for transaction when a maintenance operation is needed. CONSTITUTION:A template 18 contains window holes 19 and 20 through which each digit key 4 and a cash type key 5 of a keyboard 2 can pass. The template 18 is set to the keyboard 2 so that these keys 4 and 5 protrude over the holes 19 and 20. In addition, figures 21, symbols 22, explanations 23, etc. are displayed on the template 18 at the positions near the keys 4 and 5 to show the contents of definition of keys 4 and 5 when a maintenance operation is carried out. As a result, the prescribed data can be fed in accordance with displays 21, 22 and 23 after setting the template 18. |
