PURPOSE:To reduce the transfer of an oscillation frequency to a high band and to prevent intermittent oscillation by a method wherein the inductance of primary windings at the time of no-load or light-load is made larger than that at the time of rated output. CONSTITUTION:Two converter transformers T1 and T2 being used, the primary windings NP1 and NP2 of these transformers T1 and T2, which are connected in series, are connected between an input terminal 1 and a transistor Q1 for switching, while secondary windings NS1 and NS2 are connected in parallel via diodes D1 and D2. The value of the composite inductance of the primary windings NP1 and NP2 is designed to be larger at the time of no-load or light-load than a rated output. By this constitution, the inductance is changed to be large at the time of light-load, and thereby the transfer of a frequency to a high band can be reduced. |
