<p>PURPOSE:To use a picture displayed on a screen as a keyboard, by arranging many minute switch terminals consisting of transparent conductor materials into a form of mosaic on the surface of a transparent nonconductor and superposing this transparent nonconductor onto the screen of a keyboard display pattern. CONSTITUTION:Minute switches SW2 consisting of transparent conductive materials are arranged into a form of mosaic on one face of a transparent nonconductor 1. The position of each SW2 is designated by positions of vertical and horizontal transparent conductors 4 through which a current is flowed to, for example, a SW3 which is turned on. Consequently, this transparent conductor switch plate 7 is superposed onto a screen 6 where various kinds of keyboard pattern 5 are displayed in accordance with necessity, and optional key parts are depressed from above this switch plate 7 to turn on keys. The keyboard pattern 5 is freely changed and displayed on the screen 6, and this displayed picture is used as a keyboard. The SW2 has + and - electrodes 8 and 9 exposed and has such structure that the SW2 is turned on only when it is touched with a finger or conductor 10.</p> |
