PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of no-load Q and to improve the contact intensity of a conductor film, by providing a tapered part to the inner or outer conductor of a dielectric resonator. CONSTITUTION:A tapered part is formed to a dielectric meterial 1 toward the edge part of the material 1, and at the same time a tapered part 6 is formed at the side of an outer conductor 3. In such a way, a level difference part is replaced with the tapered part 6 to obtain a uniform distribution of an electromagnetic field. Thus the deterioration is prevented for the no-load Q, and at the same time the contact intensity can be improved for a conductor film. |
