摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide the titled inhibitor to reduce attachment of soot to the surface of sound-absorbing material to a great extent, prepared by adding fluorinated graphite and a reducing agent and/or alkali to a heat-resistant binder. CONSTITUTION:The inhibitor is prepared by dissolving 1-60wt% fluorinated graphite and 10-80wt% reducing agent (e.g. Ag) and/or alkali (e.g. potassium silicate) in 10-70wt% heat resistant binder (e.g. silicone resin). The inhibitor is applied to sound-absorbing material (e.g. foamed porous metal consisting of Ni-Cr alloy), and then burned. EFFECT:Degradation of sound deadening characteristics due to clogging with soot is prevented and an initial sound deadening effect is maintained over a long period. |
