PURPOSE:To improve the productivity through automatic feeding, working, and assembly, by absorbing, at the spot, the parts press-worked at a same time, and transferring said parts to a prescribed position to which an assembly object is conveyed, and assembling the part after releasing absorption. CONSTITUTION:A feeding apparatus consists of a feeding reel 5, a taking-up reel 6, pressing cylinder 9, and a feeding cylinder 10 etc. A working apparatus 2 consists of a fixed mold, a movable mold, and a cylinder 12, and a tape material 4 is punched into a prescribed part shape. An assembling apparatus 3 consists of a chuck 18, a cylinder 19 for transferring the part, a cylinder 20 for the perpendicular transfer to the cylinder 19, and an absorption apparatus provided with the absorption releasing function. A conveyance apparatus 30 consists of a platen 15 for loading an assembly object and a carrying tool 31 for transferring said platen to a prescribed position. A material is automatically fed into the working apparatus 2 to be punched-out, and then absorbed by the operation of the absorbing apparatus 3, and conveyed to a prescribed position, where the part is absorption-released, and loaded onto the assembly object. |
