PURPOSE:To position and fix a die quickly and easily, by fixing a gauge board to a bolster, setting a locating pin on said gauge board, forming a projection on a blank die, and engaging it with the locating pin. CONSTITUTION:A bolt is inserted through a U-shaped groove 15 formed on a retainer 14 being a gauge board, and an inverted T-shaped groove 32 formed on a bolster 1, is clamped with a nut, and the retainer 14 is positioned and fixed attachably and detachably on the upper face of the bolster 1. On the corner part of the retainer 14, for instance, plural holes corresponding to cut length (a), (b) of both side edges of a cut coil mateial are formed, and locating pins 16-19 are driven, respectively. On the other hand, on a pair of blank dies 4, 5 on which out edges 2, 3 have been placed opposingly, projections 21-24 opposed to the locating pins 16-19 are formed on its leg parts, and on each projection 21-24, a recessed part 25 which is made to press contact and is engaged with the locating pins 16-19 is formed, respectively. The blank dies 4, 5 are positioned by engaging this recessed part 25 with the locating pins 16-19. |
