PURPOSE:To prevent the unbalance of currents in case of transition by providing a plurality of the transistors for power being juxtaposed, conductive bars for parallel connection connecting sections among common electrodes and a conductive bar for a branch line. CONSTITUTION:Electric connection with the conductive bars 1 for connecting the transistors Tr... for power in parallel is executed through terminal screws 3..., the clamping and fixing sections of the conductive bars 1 for parallel connection by the terminal screws 3... are clamped and fixed in low indentation stepped sections 1a so that the screw heads of the terminal screws 3 are fitted and sunk into the indentation stepped sections 1a, and separating spaces among the conductive bars 1 and the conductive bars 2 for the branch lines are narrowed. On the other hand, lead wire connecting sections 2a are projected and curved and worked to avoid the projection of the screw body sections of terminal screws 4 to the conductive-bar opposite surface side for parallel connection, and separating spaces among the sections 2a and the conductive bars 1 for parallel connection are narrowed as much as possible. In conducting paths to the common electrodes of the transistors Tr... for power connected in parallel, conducting currents in folded branch electric lines flow in parallel in the opposite direction in a transistor group for power of a right half section and a transistor group for power of a left half section, inductance accompanied by conduction is offset, and the generation of reactance is inhibited. |
