PURPOSE:To make the pass band width and the Q of load at the center frequency constant, by providing a resonance rod and a coupling adjusting element, and varying the length of shaft of the resonance rod, the center frequency and the degree of coupling of inter-stage with the coupling adjusting element. CONSTITUTION:In increasing the center frequency f0 by reducing the shaft length of resonance rods 9.1-9.N, the insertion length of the coupling adjusting elements 15.1-15.N-1 to a case is decreased to make the degree of coupling of inter-stages thin, and in lowering the center frequency f0 with the rods 9.1- 9.N extended, the insertion length of the elements 15.1-15.N to the case is increased to make the degree of coupling of inter-stages dense. Then, the coupling degree of the input and output between the coupling lines 7, 8 and the rods 9.1-9.N is adjusted dense and thin automatically in response to the shaft length of the resonance rods. Thus, at an arbitrary center frequency f0, the pass band width Bwr and the Q of load providing a permissible VSWR (voltage standing wave ratio) are made constant. |
