PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal increase of resistance of a shading coil by a method wherein the shading coil having nearly the square-shape and moreover being bent at both edges nearly at a right angle is engaged with groove parts of two streaks formed on the magnetic pole faces of the core, and both edge parts are molten by plasma welding. CONSTITUTION:The shading coil 12 having nearly the square-shape is engaged with the groove parts 11, 11 of two streaks formed on the magnetic pole faces 10, 10. To form the shading coil 12 thereof, a flat board type metal plate of one sheet is processed by press to form nearly in the square-shape at first, and both the edges 12a, 12a are bent nearly at a right angle. Both edges 12a, 12a are molten by plasma welding, and are fusion welded being integrated in one body to the sides of the core. Because fusion welding is performed to the sides, both edges are fixed being integrated in one body to the sides of the core generating no clearance, and fixing intensity is enhanced. |
