发明名称 POLARIZED ELECTROMAGNET DEVICE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain easily the desired attracting force curve by varying freely thickness of the permanent magnet of the polarized electromagnet device by a method wherein the device is made to have structure in the manner that the edge faces of the edte parts of a pair of magnetic plates provided at both sides of the permanent magnet face respectively to yoke pieces. CONSTITUTION:At gaps formed between the upper part lateral piece 16 of a U-shaped yoke 15 and the edge faces 13a, 14a of the edge parts on one side of a pair of the magnetic plates 13, 14, and gaps formed between the lower part lateral piece 17 of the U- shaped yoke 15 and the edge faces 13b, 14b of the edge parts on another side of a pair of the magnetic plates 13, 14, attracting force is generated at the place where the directions of magnetic fluxes X, Y are in the same direction, and repulsion is generated at the place where the directions are in the opposite direction. Accordingly an armature 10 rotates in the anticlockwise direction centering around an axis 11. When the direction of the current in a coil 18 is changed to form magnetic flux Y thereof in the opposite direction to the direction mentioned above, the armature 10 rotates in the opposite direction to the direction mentioned above. The rotational stroke of the armature 10 is determined by an interval (d) between the upper part lateral piece 16 and the lower part lateral piece 17 of the yoke 15, and by length (c) of the magnetic plates 13, 14 of the armature 10, irrespective of the thickness of the permanent magnet 12.</p>
