<p>Appts. for cutting soft material into thin strips of regular width consists of a fixed base and rotating spindle with cutting discs, and a sliding work table, with a means of safely securing the material thereon. Used for slicing rubber, plastics or foodstuffs, esp. for cutting sheets of pork fat into thin strips for barding roasts and pates. The appts. is time and labour saving, safe and gives even strips only a few millimetres wide.</p> |
