<p>PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a liquid reagent by a construction wherein a thin movable plate is offset through a working liquid by reciprocating motion of a plunger. CONSTITUTION:When head portion 14A of a plunger 14 is slidably moved within a cylindrical member 11, a thin movable plate 15 is offset through a working liquid 16 in a cylindrical aperture of a movable plate mounting portion 12B so as to draw a liquid 17 to be sucked and discharged such as a reagent or sample etc. into a casing 13 which contains the liquid to be drawn in and discharged. Further, if the plunger 14 is pushed to slidably move the head portion 14A within the cylindrical member 11 while pipe 2C is connected with the cylinder pump 10, the thin movable plate 15 is offset through the working liquid 16 outside the cylindrical aperture in the mounting portion 12B so that the liquid 17 within the casing 13 may be discharged.</p> |
