PURPOSE:To prevent interruption to the function of ventilation by a method in which an inclined jump lip is provided at the upper part of a ventilating box provided downstream of a bottom cut-off rubber and a ventilating hole directing toward downstream side is formed by the jump lip and a rectifying plate set below the jump lip. CONSTITUTION:A door catch metal 24 is provided upstream of a ventilating box 23 provided at the bottom cut-off part of an effluent regulating gate 22, and a bottom cut-off rubber 25 is attached to the upper part of the metal 24. The upstream side ceiling plate of the ventilating box 23 is formed by a jump lip 26 so inclined that the downstream side is turned to upper position, and a rectifying plate 27 is provided below the lip 26. A ventilating hole 28 directing toward the downstream side is further formed by the lip 26 and the rectifying plate 27, and a ventilating hole 29 is also formed at the uppermost flow part of the rectifying plate 27. When the opening degree of the gate 22 becomes smaller, effluent water stream 33 collides against the lip 26 in an upward jumping manner and flows to downstream by the rectifying plate 32, and also when the opening degree is large, the effluent water stream collides against the rectifying plate 32, and therefore, the intrusion of the water stream 33 into the ventilating hole 28 can be prevented. |
