PURPOSE:To drive the circuit with one power supply and to quicken the response speed, by connecting one of two power supply terminals connected to different power supplies to the corresponding power supply and constituting the other with two grounded operational amplifiers. CONSTITUTION:Two signals to be compared are inputted to input terminals 13 and 14 respectively, then the two signals are subtracted with a coefficient determined by resistors 16, 17, 28, 29 and 30 and the difference appears at an output terminal of the operational amplifier 15. Further, a bias voltage is summed to a voltage being the difference of the two signals with a coefficient determined by the resistors 16, 17, 28, 29 and 30. In making the bias voltage appearing at the output of the operational amplifier 15 equal to a voltage value determined by resistors 21 and 22 when the two signals are ground potential, the operational amplifier 20 is operated with the difference between the two signals and the result of comparison of the two signals is outputted from an output terminal 25. |
