<p>A simple gun permits the mixing of measured ratios of at least two components prior to injecting or spraying the mixture. It consists of two or more peristaltic pumps in a common housing, both driven by the same means, each being fed from a separate source with one of the components and discharging into a misting chamber upstream of a common mixing chamber leading to the distribution nozzle. Used for casting or spraying of multi-component polymer systems, e.g. foams, thermoset resins, gel-coats, etc. The appts. is simple and can be used on an industrial scale.</p> |
