If the roof panel of the roof unit is mounted separately, the transportation anchors must be concreted into the side walls of the room unit. It is proposed to concrete the anchor sleeves (11) of the transportation anchors into the faces of the side walls (10) facing the interior of the room unit and to provide in the roof panel (18) perforations (17) which lie close to the inner edge of the side walls and through which a lifting device can engage.
