PURPOSE:To smoothen the switching of operations and raise operational efficiency of an air conditioning and hot water supplying apparatus using a heat pump type chiller unit by using a system in which the time zones of air-conditioning and hot water supplying operations are switched over in programmed manner and the switching of operation side before switching is delayed. CONSTITUTION:A heat pump chiller unit 1 is operated, a heat source primary pump 6 is operated, and each program timer for setting air-conditioning and hot water storage operation zones, water supplying time, and hot water supplying time is actuated. When the water temperature of a hot water supply tank 11 is below a set value at the hot water storage time, the heat source secondary pump 13 is operated, the first electromagnetic valve 6 is opened, and electromagnetic valve 7 is closed a given time later, hot water 2 of the heat pump chiller unit 1 is directed to a hot water supply heat exchanger 3 by the heat source primary pump 9, and the water of the tank 11 is heated. When the air conditioning operation time zone is reached, the electromagnetic valves 6 and 7 are switched to each other and a fan coil uint 5 is operated. |
