PURPOSE:To manufacture a titled material which is prevented from deteriorating in a material strength and from producing noise, by a method wherein, after a plastic raw material is supplied to an extruder, metal fibers produced by a chattering cutter is charged through a second feed part fromed in a middle of an outlet of other end. CONSTITUTION:A raw material plastic material 16 for an extruder 11 is conveyed to the left through a feed port 14 by a feed screw 13. Metal fibers produced by a chattering cutter 18 are fed through a second feed port 17. A reference number 24 is a cover which closes the whole cutter 18, prevents leaking of sound, produced from the said device 18, to the outside and brings a space between the device 18 and a second feed port 17 to an airtightness. The inside of the cover 24 is sucked by a vacuum pump 25 which pressure-reduces a vent hole 19. A metal fiber-mixed plastic material is extruded through an outlet 20. |
