PURPOSE:To cut a film reliably by reversing a turret when the film is wound fully so as to rotate guide rollers to a vacant bobbin side and by returning them to their waiting positions after cutting in a turret type film winding machine. CONSTITUTION:During a winding work, guide rollers 2, 3 are placed at their waiting positions as shown by a solid line, and a film F is wound by a bobbin 4 to reach a fully wound state. At this time, the guide roller 2 is placed at a position not interferring with the film surface even after the maximum winding diameter is attained. When the fully wound state is attained, a turret is reversed and an air cylinder 26 which is moved to the position of an air cylinder 25 is operated by this reversal, a guide roller 3 is approached to a vacant bobbin 5 side, a winding auxiliary roller 7 of a cutter 9 is rotated for cutting, the air cylinder 26 is operated again to return the guide roller 3 to its waiting position, and a predetermined winding work is performed. Accordingly, a distance L is shortened only during cutting, thus the film can be cut reliably even under high speed winding or even for a easily extendable film. |
