PURPOSE:To obtain a stable insulated film in a simple way of production without providing an insulated film at the side of an inside conductor, by setting a cylinder having an insulated film on its surface and also contacting with the outer circumference of a large diameter part unified with the inside conductor at the inside of an outer conductor. CONSTITUTION:An inside conductor 23 contains a prescribed large diameter part 24 unified at a desired part of the conductor 23 in a disk or cylinder form. An outside conductor 28 is formed by inserting and fixing a cylinder 30 into a cylindrical supporter 29 which is unified on the upper surface of a waveguide 21. The cylinder 30 has an outer diameter 33 to be fitted to an inner diameter hole 31 of the conductor 28 in a coaxial circuit as well as to a hole 32 of the supporter 29. The cylinder 30 has its length identical with the inner surface of the waveguide 21 and approximately equal to the outer edge face of the supporter 29. Such cylinder 30 is made of aluminum and contains a thin film layer 34, i.e. an electrical insulator of an anodic oxidation processed film of an even thickness formed on the entire surface of the cylinder 30, i.e., the surface of the hole 31, an outer circumference 33 and both end surfaces. Thus the cylinder 30 contacts with the part 24 of the conductor 23 via the insulated film 34. |
