PURPOSE:To improve the torque vs. speed characteritic hav0ng arbitrary property of the rotating direction while securing a stationary stable point by providing odd number of stator salient-poles and even number of poles of a rotor magnet. CONSTITUTION:Odd number such as 3 salient-poles 8 are formed on a stator 7, exciting coils 9', 9'', 9''' are wound between the poles 8, and a cylindrical rotor magnet 1 having is magnetized at even number such as 2 poles is disposed at the central position of the stator 7, thereby forming a motor. For example 0-2 bits of the output port 11 of a microcomputer 10 are connected through an exciter 6 to the coils 9'. 9'', 9''', the exciting currents of the coils 9', 9''. 9''' are controlled ON or OFF, thereby controlling the revolution of a motor due to polyphase excitation. |
