PURPOSE:To reduce the process load of a terminal included in a virtual circuit and to improve the network throughput, by having a blind sector to other terminals after the virtual circuit is set. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal A gives a call to a terminal B, the calling station A gives an ordinary address BO of a terminating station B to a destination address D of a CR packet. At the same time, an ordinary address AO of the station A is added to a source address S, and the CR packet is transmitted. The station B, if it is idle or in a communication enable state, reads the address D of the CR packet and detects the coincidence with its own ordinary address BO. Thus a calling request of the station A is discriminated to the station B, and then a CA packet is transmitted. The station A detects that the address D of the CA packet is identical with the ordinary address AO of the station A and then fetches the CA packet. |
