PURPOSE:To simplify the electrical connection on the surface of the display, by fixing an LED pellet which emits three colors to an insulating substrate through first wiring bodies, burying the gap between them with an insulating resin, and fixig a second wiring body on the LED pellet protruded from the surface with the peripheral part being embedded in the resin. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the first wiring bodies 2 using gold paste are formed on the ceramic substrate 1 such as alumina. The LED pellet 3 comprising a P-N junction part 31, an anode electrode 32, and a cathode electrode 33 is fixed to the bodies 2 with conductive paste 4, with the electrode 33 at the bottom. Then a part between the pellets 3 is buried by the insulating resin 6 such as epoxy. The second wiring body is fixed to the side of the electrode 32 which is exposed from the surface. Parts of the wiring body 51 and 52, which are extended in the front and rear directions, are bent downward and embedded into the surface layer of the resin 6. A third wiring body 7 is connected to the second wiring body in correspondence with the electrode 32. |
