<p>PURPOSE:To improve power transmission efficiency and reduce heat dissipating loss by a method wherein the proper capacity of a heating body is operated from the set amount of used hot- water, a feed water temperature, the condition of hot-water remaining in a hot-water reserving tank or the like to heat the water with a constant electric power. CONSTITUTION:The regular amount of hot-water, to be reserved in the hot-water reserving tank, is preset in a regular hot-water quantity setting means 5 while the amount of hot-water used in one time of using is preset in a temporary hot-water setting means 6. The temperature of water fed into the hot-water reserving tank is detected in a feed water temperature detecting means 7 while the amount of heat for the amount of hot-water to be reserved is operated in an operating means 8 from the set values, preset by the means 5 or the means 6, and the feed water temperature detected by the means 7. The amount of heat of the hot-water remaining in the hot-water reserving tank is detected in the detecting means 9 for the amount of heat of the remaining hot-water while the necessary capacity of the heating body is operated in the operating means 10 from the difference between the amounts of heat detected by the meanses 8, 9. The conduction of the electric power supplied to the heating body is controlled in an electric power control means 11 so that the heating body is provided with the necessary capacity operated by the means 10.</p> |
