PURPOSE:To improve a heat transmitting efficiency by a method wherein fins are welded to heat receiving plates by means of pressure welding method to reduce the thermal resistance therebetween and a plurality of locally protruded or recessed parts are provided on heat receiving parts between the neighboring fins along the fins. CONSTITUTION:In the solar heat collector, arranged with the fins 19 at the back surface of the plate-like heat receiving plate 18 and passing heat medium airstream along the fins 19 at the back surface side of the heat receiving plate 18, the fins 19 are welded to the heat receiving plate 18 by means of the pressure welding method and the recessed parts 18a are formed on the heat receiving plate 18 at the same time. Further, at least one of the locally protruded or recessed parts are provided at a plurality of places on the heat receiving plate locating between the neighboring fins 19 along the fins 19. As a result, the thermal resistance between the heat receiving plate 18 and the fins 19 is reduced and the contacting area of the heat receiving plate 18 with the medium air is enlarged, therefore, the heat transmitting efficiency may be improved. |
