PURPOSE:To enable to support a core surely so as the position of the core is not varied in a lateral direction, by making concerning the sharp edges of the lower part supporting pins a distance between their tops the maximum width size of the core and a distance between their bottoms the minimum width size of the core. CONSTITUTION:A mold 1 is composed from a top force 1a and a bottom force 1b, the lower part supporting pins 4 are attached to the both sides of the bottom force 1b and the tips of the supporting pins 4 are positioned at the both sides in a cavity 2. A core member 3 is put in the cavity 2 of the mold 1 and the both lower sides of the core member 3 are placed on the step parts 5 of the lower part supporting pins 4 and also the upper face of the core member 3 is held by pushing with an upper part holding pin 8. In this time, when the width size of the core member 3 is a minimum width size W2, the lower corner part of the core member 3 is supported so as to be contacted at the lower end of a sharp edge 6 and when the width size of the core member 3 is between the minimum width size W2 and the maximum width size W1, the lower corner part of the core member 3 is supported by thrusting it on the sharp edge 6. Thus, even if the width size of the core member 3 has a dimensional tolerance, the core member 3 is surely supported at a certain position. |
