PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in the rotary angle due to the variation in a load by applying a sufficiently high voltage to a DC motor during the starting period of the motor and shortcircuiting the terminals of the motor at the stopping time. CONSTITUTION:In case that a pulse becoming low level during the time t1(t1<tw) from other input terminal 29 when a drive pulse becoming high level during the time tw is inputted from an input terminal 28, a transistor 31 turns ON, while a transistor 32 turns OFF, and a power source voltage is applied directly to a DC motor 13. When the time t1 is elapsed, the transistor 31 turns OFF, and a DC motor 13 is driven by an electronic governor circuit 26. When the time tw is elapsed, the transistors 30, 32 turn ON, the operation of the governor circuit 26 is stopped, and the terminals of the motor 1 are shortcircuited, thereby causing the motor to instantaneously stop. |
