PURPOSE:To automate the conveyance of a processed flat plate, its engagement on a rack and the disengagement of the plate from it between the previous processing and plating of the plate, by electrically moving a flat plate receiving dish section, a rack fitting holder and a flat plate suction unit in connection with one another. CONSTITUTION:When a processed flat plate 5 is carried from a previous treatment process to a flat plate receiving dish section 4 by a belt conveyor 1, a sensor 6 acts to put a flat plate suction unit A into operation. Simultaneously with the rotation of the turntable 1' of the unit A and the descent of a shaft 3' in a prop 2', a sucking force is caused in the flat plate sucking part 8' of the tip of a movable arm 5' to suck the flat plate 5. After that, the shaft 3' is elevated, the table 1' is rotated and a motor 14' is turned by 90 deg. in a vertical direction so that the flat plate 5 is shifted from a horizontal posture to a vertical one. The arm 5' is then elongated so that the plate 5 is pushed and fitted into the holding claw 12'' of a rack engagement frame 2'' secured on a rack fitting holder B. At the same time, a switch 5'' is put into operation to stop the suction to separate the sucking part 8' from the fitting holder B. |
