PURPOSE:A food for sustaining normal blood pressure, containing each from of respective dried flours of brown algae and SHIITAKE mushrooms, aqueous solvent extract solution thereof, concentrate of the aqueous solvent extract solution, dried material thereof, etc., and capable of removing disadvantages caused by high-iodine ingestion. CONSTITUTION:A food obtained by blending respective dried flours of brown algae and SHIITAKE mushrooms (Lentinus edodes), aqueous solvent extract solution, concentrate of the aqueous solvent extract solution and dried material of the aqueous solvent extract solution so as to contain at least one of each form thereof. Examples of the usable brown algae include WAKAME seaweed (Undaria pinnatifida Suringar), HIZIKIA (Hizikia fusifome Okamura), gulfweed (Sargassum fulvellum), Japanese tangle (Laminaria japonica Areschoug), Tinocladia crassa Kylin, Myelophycus simplexsus Papenfuss, sea fan (Anthrogorgia bocki Aurivillius), Pachydictyon coriaceum Okamura, etc. |
