PURPOSE:To transmit data surely without putting severe restrictions on delay times of plural time division multiplex transmission lines, by making reception time points of data, which are transmitted by respective time slots of each time division multiplex transmission line, different from one another in accordance with transmission start time points. CONSTITUTION:Exchange circuits 31-38 and flip-flops 111-118 are provided. The output of the flip-flop 111 which is first outputted is selected first (at a time T1), and outputs of flip-flops are selected in order, and the output of the flip- flop 118 which is outputted last is selected last (at a time T8), and a time difference DELTAT of the data transmission start time in a transmission-side exchange 00 is set to a value approximately equal to the time of selection times T1-T8 of a selector 121, and thus, selection times T1-T8 for outputs of flip-flops 111- 118 are equal to one another approximately, and the margin of time is increased. Consequently, the allowable deviation of delay times of time division multiplex transmission lines 021-028 is increased considerably. |
