A post-fracture fixator comprises an elongate support (1) and at least two pin clamps (8, 9) mounted on the support, at least one of the pin clamps (8, 9), being lockably mounted on the support by means of a lockable ball and socket joint (10, 11), the ball (21) being formed from a rigid material and the material of the socket (19, 20) comprising an elastomeric material.
