PURPOSE:To permit folding-up of a drafting paper without being injured by installing a locking member equipped with a drafting paper locking hook in a comb shape which is made of an elastic material, onto a pressing member and constituting a drafting-paper holding member so that the hook part of the locking member is a little separated from the pressing surface. CONSTITUTION:The drafting paper 1 continuously supplied through the revolution of a roller 13 is pushed into the second slit 17. Concurrently with the revolution of a roller 13', a drafting-paper locking hook 21 operates to press and lock the drafting paper 1 pushed into the second slit 17 by means of pushing member 15, onto the inner surface 18a of a slit part 18 forming the second slit 17. Then, the rollers 13 and 13' turn to operate a pressing member 22 to form the state in which a locking hook 21a is accommodated in the groove part 22a of the pressing member 22, and the drafting paper 1 is certainly pressed and held onto the inner surface 18a of the slit part 18 by the holding member 20, and folded-up in one direction. |
