PURPOSE:To mold a product of a good quality and to enable to easily cope with a change in a type of a product irrespective of the degree of skillness even if the type of the product changes, by discharging liquid for polyurethane injection molding by the use of a closed loop system digital control having high control precision and reliability. CONSTITUTION:Given data, such as discharge quantities and discharge rate of liquid, are inputted to a digital switch. From data inputted from an input device 15 such as digital switches, a microcomputer calculates a given driving pulse and transmits a driving pulse. A servo hydraulic controller 18 receives said driving pulse to open and close a servo-valve 3 and performs a digital control so that moving speeds and distances of a hydraulic cylinder 5 and a liquid discharge cylinder 4 are quantitatively determined. A magnetic scale 9 transmits a given number of pulses corresponding to said moving speeds and distances. Corresponding to said transmission, a self-switching valve 5 performs a suction and discharge of liquid to and from a cylinder 4 to conduct a prescise molding. |
