PURPOSE:To enhance the position detecting accuracy of a rotary by urging by rotational shaft regulating means a rotational shaft toward a bearing, thereby holding the elements always at the prescribed positions. CONSTITUTION:A rotational shaft 30 is journaled by bearings 34a, 34b which are engaged with a holder 32, and a holding member 32 is secured to an outer cylinder case 36. The shaft 30 is urged by rotational shaft regulating means having a magnet 46, and a disc 44 as constituents toward a bearing member 44', and a position detecting element 48 is always held at the prescribed position. A Hall element 50 is affected by the prescribed output from the element 48, and the output of the element 50 becomes always constant output value. |
