<p>PURPOSE:To permit calculation of the positions of contact points in a display part by forming plural pieces of pressure detecting parts of electrostatic capacity type between a pair of flat plates which face each other. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display part and pressure detecting parts are constituted by flat glass 2 and 5, polarizing plates 3 and 6, cylindrical sealing members 10, driving electrodes 4, 7, counter electrodes 13 and 14, and lead-out electrodes 11 and 12. However, four projecting parts 16' are provided like a transparent glass member 15 in a packaged substrate 1' and the member 15 is omitted. Then, if the operator depresses the specific points of the plate 6 properly with respect to the displayed information, the members 10 are deflected respectively by the parts 16' provided to the substrate 1' and the positions of the contact points are calculated by the change in the electrostatic capacity of the pressure detecting parts.</p> |
