PURPOSE:To obtain adenosine triphosphate, in high efficiency, by passing a phosphoric acid donor and adenosine monophosphate through an enzymatic reactor packed with an enzyme for converting adenosine monophosphate to diphosphate in combination with an enzyme for converting adenosine diphosphate to triphosphate. CONSTITUTION:An enzyme (e.g. adenylate kinase) for converting adenosine monophosphate (AMP) to adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and an enzyme (e.g. acetate kinase) for converting ADP to adenosine triphosphate (ATP) are supported on a carrier, and filled in an enzymatic reactor 1. AMP and a phosphoric acid donor are supplied from the AMP source 2 and the phosphoric acid donor sources 3, 4 to the reactor 1 to convert AMP to ATP. The amount of the produced ATP, etc. is determined by the analyzer 7, and the feeding rates of the AMP and the phosphoric acid donor are controlled by the cotrolling device 8 according to the results of the analysis.
