The apparatus consists of a measuring electrode 1 with a protective tube 2 surrounding it. The measuring electrode and the protective tube are arranged in a non-metallic jacketing tube 6 which is closed at its end extending into the object, while openings 7 are arranged in such a way that running out of liquid is prevented during filling level fluctuations, or emptying of the object, so that liquid junction 5 remains wet. The measuring electrode can be installed and removed under operating conditions, due to valve 18 without loss of liquid. The apparatus permits the precise and rapid determination of the corrosion potential and protection potential in the interior of objects such as apparatuses, containers and conduits filled with corrosive liquid. <IMAGE> |
