α-Sympathomimetic title compds. (I; Z = 3-fluoro-4-methyl phenyl, 4-fluoro-3-methylphenyl, 4-fluoro-3-nitrophenyl, 4-fluoro-3-chlorophenyl 3-fluoro-3-aminophenyl) were prepd. by reaction of II(X,Y = Cl,sulfhydryl, alkylthio, alkoxy, OH, amino, nitroamino) and ethylenediamine. Thus, 14.03g N-(3-fluoro-4-methlphenyl)-S - methyl-thiuroniom-iodide in 58ml EtOH was refluxed 4.35 ml ethylenediamine fo 8 hr to give 2-(3-fluoro-4-methylphenylimino)-imidazoline. |
