PURPOSE:To prepare an agent for improving the quality of foods, capable of promoting the emulsifiability and frothability of the food and having deodorizing activity, by pulverizing raw krills and other crustaceans at low temperature, and mixing the paste to the whole egg of an animal. CONSTITUTION:The agent is prepared by mixing (A) raw krills and other crustaceans pulverizd to ultrafine powder at low temperature, (B) the whole egg of an animal, e.g. hen's egg, poultry egg, fish roe, eggs in the body of krill or other crustaceans, and if necessary (C) animal or vegetable fat or oil. The krills and other crustaceans include the animals belonging to Euphausiacea order and Mysidacea order, and are the general term of antarctic krills, coastal krills, and crustaceans such as shrimps, crabs, etc. The amounts of the components are adjusted according to the purpose. |
