<p>A road block extending across one or more lanes of a road, Fig. 1 (not shown) comprises a number of hollow bodies 15 suspended above the road to be struck by the windscreen of any vehicle travelling along the road and failing to stop. The bodies are shattered by the impact and material contained in the bodies spreads over the windscreen to impair visibility. The material may be paint, foam, or adhesive particles. <IMAGE></p> |
