PURPOSE:To make the transfer accuracy of signal its good and transfer time short and to improve releasing from a stamper and adhesion to a plastic substrate by using radiation-curable polybutadiene as radiation curable lacquer. CONSTITUTION:2-Ethyl hexyl acrylate and an initiator for photopolymerization ''Cantacure '' are added to radiation-curable polybutadiene whereby radiation- curable lacquer is prepd. This lacquer liquid is coated on a nickel stamper 1 placed thereon with a spacer 4, and an acrylic plate 3 is superposed thereon; thereafter, UV rays are irradiated 5 thereto. Upon curing of the lacquer liquid, the substrate is stripped from the boundary between the lacquer layer and the nickel stamper, whereby an information recording carrier is manufactured. The releases of the cured lacquer film and the nickel stamper in this stage and the transfer characteristics of signals are excellent. |
