PURPOSE:To prevent both falling off of an active mateiral in the end part of a plate and separation of paste paper, by constituting a cutter in such a manner that resin in a sheath is pressed out by dropping a thickness part in accordance with a drop of a sharp blade and sucked to a gap in a table. CONSTITUTION:A sheath 5 comprises a resin filler hole 4, and resin is filled in the inside of the sheath 5 after a retainer plate 3 retains a plate 11 before cutting at a prescribed position. A blade 2 comprises a thickness part 6 tightly contacted with an internal wall of the sheath 5, and the part 6 moves downward as shown in the drawing to perform action of compressing the resin 10 simultaneously closing the hole 4. While a table 9 having a relatively flat surface 8 is provided with a gap 7 in an adapted part of the blade 2, and the resin 10 is sucked from said gap 7 by a directly connected vacuum pump and infiltrated into the plate 11 before cutting. After the resin 10 begins to infiltrate into the plate 11 before cutting, the blade 2 reaches paste paper 12 to cut the plate 11 increased with the strength before cutting by infiltration of the resin 10. |
